Québec Week for Disabled Persons
Published on
On the occasion of the Québec Week for Disabled Persons, we would like to highlight the work and dedication of the Grey Nuns with disabled children. They worked at the St. Vital Hospital (from 1961 to 1974) and at the St. Amant Centre in St. Boniface (from 1974 to 2001), as well as at the Ste-Thérèse de l’Enfant-Jésus de Chesterfield Inlet Hospital, in the Northwest Territories (from 1931 to 1999).
