Tours on the history and evolution of the former Hôpital général de Montréal site

On September 11 and 12, the Maison de Mère d’Youville will welcome you as part of the Montreal Religious Heritage Days. Join us to learn more about the history and evolution of the former Hôpital général site. Built in 1693, it is the 5th oldest building in Montreal and one of the few remaining examples of French Regime architecture in Old Montreal. The tour will end with a visit to the Stone Room and the refectory. Being closed to the public since October 2017 for renovations, this is a rare chance to visit.
