Youville Farm in St. Boniface (Manitoba)

On December 4, 1911, the Grey Nuns took over the management of the Youville Farm in St. Boniface, Manitoba. Assisted by lay employees, the sisters cultivated hay, oats, and vegetables to ensure a supply of fresh produce for the Provincial House and surrounding schools.
