(1897-1984). The Chronicles of the Mother House Studio allow us to know that this film was made with a &#8216;<em>superbe cin\u00e9 kodak avec un m\u00e9tro pour la lumi\u00e8re&#8217;<\/em>, offered by the Superior General of the congregation, Mother MT Courville, to Sr. Barrette in June 1950. Bishop Albert Tessier, himself a filmmaker, gave Sr. Barrette her first film lesson.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution of this excerpt is part of the project that the SGM archives department has undertaken to digitize its audiovisual collections, in order to allow their dissemination and long-term preservation.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to cinema, Sr. Barrette was known for her taste for the arts, especially poetry and painting.
